Getting High On Technology…

Drugs or technology? Isn’t that the same thing. Both of them ends with handicapping us. Physically or mentally or maybe both? Love using your phone? Can’t live without your mobile? Surfing internet or checking social media like a routine? I get that. Why won’t we? It tells us everything about everyone without talking to them directly, helps us find anything in the world with just a few taps, from playing games to finding a soulmate all at your fingertips. Ever thought about how these screens are damaging your eyes sight and brain cells? Well all of you are aware of how it affects our eye sight. But do you want to know how it affects our brain cells? For that let me walk you through an incident of my life. So there was around 4 months to my boards. That day i went to my relative’s house. As you know as your boards approach everyone around you starts giving you advices and motivation by saying THODA TIME PADHLO FIR ENJOY (no offense though). So that was happening, then a relative(he’s a software engineer by the way) started talking to me about limiting my phone but not only that he gave me the reason , he said and i quote ” These apps are designed in a way that even when you turn your mobile off, cells in your brain don’t come to rest right away but it takes around 40 – 120 minutes. That is if you use your phone for an hour you don’t waste an hour of your day but 1 hour 45 minutes. In those 45 minutes your mind is still processing the data it saw so there is no space for learning new things at that time.” That kinda struck me and made me think do i have this much time to spare? Well obviously it made me think that because i have that fire of becoming something in my life that i talked about in the previous blogs ( and yeah that fire was created by myself only, no external help was needed). It made me realize that maybe being on my mobile or in front of screens for the whole day is reducing my creativity. Woah that was life changing moment for me. So let’s see what change did it bring in my life? I HAVE MORE TIME WITH MYSELF AND TO KNOW WHAT I AM GOOD AT AND MY CREATIVITY IS RISING WITH TIME. So it’s a thumbs up for me. I would suggest to try it yourself and then let me know if it worked for you in the comments below. In the starting it maybe hard but eventually you’ll feel more SOCIALLY ACTIVE like in reality and more FREE.

So These Were My Views On Limiting Your Screen Time.

SPREAD HAPPINESS. GOOD VIBES ONLY. BE HAPPY. BE POSITIVE. LOVE YOURSELF. BECOME A PRIORITY FOR YOURSELF. SELF LOVE IS ALSO IMPORTANT. HAVE A GOOD DAY. SMILE OFTEN.
